HOW TO WEAR
1. Prepare Your Skin

Skin should be clean, dry, and oil-free

Avoid lotion, oil, or sweat before applying
2. Peel the Backing

Gently remove the protective plastic film

Avoid touching the adhesive too much
3. Position

Place the cover over the breast

Start at the center and smooth outward to remove air bubbles
4. Press & Secure

Press firmly for 10 seconds

Use the warmth of your hands to activate the adhesive

Make sure edges are fully sealed
HOW TO REMOVE (IMPORTANT)
When removing your nipple covers, do not use your fingernails to peel them off. The edges are intentionally very thin to remain seamless under clothing, and using nails may damage the edge or reduce durability.
Instead, use your fingertips to gently roll up the edge, then slowly peel the cover away from the skin or the storage board. This method helps protect both your skin and the nipple covers, keeping them in excellent condition for repeated use.
HOW TO CLEAN
Clean after every use to maintain stickiness.
1. Rinse Gently

Gently wash the adhesive side with lukewarm water

Use mild soap if needed

Avoid harsh cleaners or chemicals, as they can damage the adhesive
2. Air Dry

Place adhesive-side up

Let it air dry completely

1. Use the Storage Film

Once fully dry, place the covers back on the original plastic film
2. Store Flat

Keep in the storage case or a clean, dry container

Store flat to protect the adhesive from dust and debris
- Avoid direct heat or sunlight during storage, as heat can weaken the adhesive
