What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags and packaging intact. * Exchanges: 100% Free.
- Returns for Refund: To provide the fairest rate, your return shipping fee is based on the exact carrier cost for your return label. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.
- Return Guard: If you purchased the $1.99 "Return Guard" at checkout, your return shipping fee is completely covered (free returns).
How do I start an online return or exchange?
You can start your process easily through our Return Portal. Once approved, you have 10 days to send the items back.

My order arrived in multiple packages. How do I return them?
To get items to you faster, we sometimes split shipments. You can pack all returning items from the same order into one box using a single return label.
When will I get my refund?
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund. It will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Note for PayPal/Credit Cards: It may take an additional 3-10 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
- Note for TikTok Shop Orders: Refunds to TikTok Shop Balance take minutes, while other methods (Venmo, Klarna, etc.) take 1-14 business days.
