How do I find my order number?
Your order number depends on where you made your purchase.
- OEAK.com (Official Website): Check your confirmation email. Order numbers are usually short numeric codes (e.g., #1234).
- Amazon: Log in to Amazon > "Your Orders" > "Order Details". The number looks like 113-1234567-1234567.
- TikTok Shop: Open TikTok app > Profile > ≡ Menu > "Orders" > "Purchases". The Order ID is a long numeric code (e.g., 577...).
I bought an OEAK item on Amazon/TikTok. Can I manage my order here?
For your security and to ensure seamless processing, all order issues, returns, and exchanges must be processed directly on the platform where the order was placed.
- For Amazon: Please go to your Amazon account > Your Orders > Return or Replace Items, or contact the seller directly.
- For TikTok Shop: Please go to the TikTok app > Your Orders > Contact Seller or select Return/Refund.
Why was my order partially or fully refunded without my request?
If an item in your order is out of stock for an extended period, our system will automatically issue a refund for that item to avoid delaying your shipment or keeping you waiting. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
I placed an order on a site like "Oeakco.com". Is it legitimate?
No.
Oeak.com is our only official independent website.
Sites like "Oeakco.com" or others with similar names are imitation/fraudulent sites and are not affiliated with us. We cannot track or assist with orders placed there. If you ordered from a fake site, we strongly recommend contacting your bank or PayPal immediately to open a dispute.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We use Affordo, Inc. as our official, secure PayPal payment processor. Your transaction is fully protected, and no personal information is shared beyond what PayPal requires to complete the payment securely.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Due to carrier restrictions and customs documentation, we are unfortunately unable to ship to APO/FPO (Military) addresses at this time. Orders placed with an APO address will be automatically refunded.
How do I track my package?
The quickest way to track your order depends on where you originally made your purchase. Here is how to find your shipping status:
- OEAK.com (Official Website): You can easily track your package through our dedicated tracking portal! Just click here and enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout for real-time updates. You can also find a tracking link inside your shipping confirmation email.
- Amazon: Since Amazon handles their own shipping network, please log in to your Amazon account, go to "Your Orders", find your OEAK purchase, and click the "Track Package" button next to the item.
- TikTok Shop: Open your TikTok app, go to your Profile, tap the menu (≡) in the top right corner, select "Orders", go to "Purchases", tap on your OEAK order, and click "Track" at the top of the Order Details page to see the latest movement.
Friendly reminder: Once you receive a shipping confirmation, please allow 2–3 business days for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking link!
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
If you ordered multiple items, they might be stocked in different warehouses. To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may split your order into multiple shipments. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
My tracking shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it.
Please first check around your porch, mailbox, or with neighbors to see if it was placed in a safe spot. If you still cannot locate it, please contact the local carrier (e.g., USPS or Gofo) directly with your tracking number. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at support@oeak.com, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
- If your order has not shipped, please contact us immediately.
- If it is already in transit, we cannot modify the address on our end. You will need to contact the last-mile carrier (e.g., USPS or Gofo) directly with your tracking number to request an address update or to hold the package.
How long will it take to receive my package?
For our customers in the US, shipping times depend on where the item is currently stocked and which platform you used to place your order.
- Shipped from US Warehouses (Standard): The majority of our products are shipped directly from our local US facilities. Depending on the platform (OEAK.com, Amazon, or TikTok Shop), your package will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
- Shipped from Overseas Facilities: If an item is in high demand and out of stock locally, we may ship it directly from our overseas warehouses in China to ensure you get it without waiting for a US restock. These shipments usually take 5 to 12 business days.
Please note: While we do everything we can to meet these delivery estimates, shipping can sometimes be affected by unforeseen carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your package is experiencing an unusual delay, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@oeak.com. We will jump right in, investigate it with the carrier, and get it sorted for you!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags and packaging intact. * Exchanges: 100% Free.
- Returns for Refund: A $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Return Guard: If you purchased the $1.99 "Return Guard" at checkout, your return shipping fee is completely covered (free returns).
How do I start an online return or exchange?
You can start your process easily through our Return Portal. Once approved, you have 10 days to send the items back.
If the online portal is not working for you,
please contact us for further instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund. It will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Note for PayPal/Credit Cards: It may take an additional 3-10 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
- Note for TikTok Shop Orders: Refunds to TikTok Shop Balance take minutes, while other methods (Venmo, Klarna, etc.) take 1-14 business days.
Sizing &Fit
The bra fits perfectly in the cups, but the band is a little too tight.
Since bra sizing can vary, we highly recommend using our Size Guide on the product page. You will need two measurements: your Underbust (snug, directly under the bust) and your Overbust (around the fullest part).

Can I exchange the bra if it doesn’t fit even though I chose my size?
Of course! We offer 30-day returns and free exchanges if the bra doesn’t fit.

Why does my new bra feel tighter than the exact same one I bought months ago?
Our sizing standards have not changed. However, OEAK wireless bras are designed for incredible comfort and flexibility. With frequent wear and washing, the fabric naturally relaxes and stretches slightly over time.
A brand-new bra will naturally feel slightly more snug than one that has molded to your body over several months.
I struggle with hooking the back clasps. What's the easiest way to put on my bra?
You are definitely not alone! Reaching around to fasten multiple hooks can be tricky.

Are OEAK bras safe for people with latex allergies?
Yes, they are safe! Our OEAK bras do not contain natural latex. They are crafted from synthetic fibers like nylon and spandex (elastane).
Additionally, our materials are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, meaning they are rigorously tested and safe for direct skin contact.
How should I wash and care for my OEAK Jelly Bras?
To keep your OEAK bras looking and feeling brand new, proper care is essential!
- The Gold Standard (Hand Wash): We always recommend hand washing your wireless bras in cold water with a gentle detergent to preserve the ultra-soft fabric and elastic bands.
- Machine Wash Rules: Short on time? You can machine wash them! Just remember the golden rules: always remove the pads first, use a 3D lingerie wash bag, wash on a cold/delicate cycle, and never use the dryer (always air dry flat).

My bra pads arrived with a crease or look deformed. Is it defective?
Please don't panic, it is not defective!
To ensure safe shipping and reduce our carbon footprint, we compactly roll our bras into protective hard-shell boxes. Because our pads are made of highly compressible foam, they temporarily "remember" this folded shape, resulting in a shipping crease.
The good news? The foam just needs a little heat and moisture to wake up! You can instantly smooth it out using a garment steamer, a warm water soak, or a damp towel with a hairdryer.

Are the bra pads removable?
We offer different pad styles depending on the bra model you choose:
- Removable Pads: Fully adjustable and can be taken out for washing (e.g., Classic Jelly Bra).
- Semi-Fixed Pads: Secured in place but with some flexibility.
- Fixed Pads: Completely sewn in, non-removable, and machine-wash friendly (e.g., Anti-Gravity Bra, Strapless Bandeau).
How do I fix or prevent the bra pads from folding in the wash?
We know how frustrating a folded bra pad can be! The strong centrifugal force of a washing machine can easily mess up removable pads.
If your pad is already bunched up, don't try to pull it flat! Simply pull it out, fold it in half (like a taco), slide it back into the pocket, and let it pop open naturally.
